OHP debuts new mobile website readable on Blackberry® or iPhone® technologies
OHP, Inc. announces the introduction of a mobile website – http://m.ohp.com – designed for BlackBerry® or iPhone® users.
The site allows for quick access to pertinent OHP product information from remote locations.
The site was designed to be quick and streamlined, according to site developer Ryan Boehm, OHP marketing services manager. “The goal is to allow critical information to be served up instantly via any modern mobile phone,” says Boehm.
With growers, academia, and distributor sales personnel increasingly turning to smart phone technology, the site makes perfect sense, says OHP Vice President and General Manager Terry Higgins. “This new mobile site allows anyone in the field to quickly view specimen labels and product information on all OHP products,” says Higgins. “It is our hope that the site becomes a regular bookmark among those in the ornamentals market.”
The site is further proof of OHP’s stated goal of providing solutions for the ornamentals industry, according to Dan Stahl, OHP vice president of marketing and business development. “This is another step in our quest to be an easy company to do business with,” says Stahl. “We continue to make improvements in all of our communication efforts for our ornamental partners.”
